I love my 2016 Chevy Cruze that I purchased from your dealership in May!! They guys treated me like I was their only customer and they gave me a great deal. I told them in 5 years (or sooner) I will be back to purchase another vehicle. I just experienced my very first oil change from a dealership because I would generally take it to one of the budget places in the neighborhood when I had my old car. I asked the rep that help me make my appt how long would it take and she said the wait would be approx an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. I was fine with that. I was surprised that my car was done in about 45 mins and plus it was washed! They topped off my liquids and rotated my tires!!! I was treated politely by the gentleman who wrote me up and he offered us customers bottled water. Yes, I will definitely be back for my next oil change! Thank you!
As a GM Employee, we've been made aware about the GM Rewards program and it took me asking 3 different people on how to get the points for my transaction. It's a great program to promote and anyone transacting with a customer (cashier, when welcomed, etc.) should mention it!
disappointed, that the technician allowed oil to get into a pan that resulted in an oil leak on my new concrete, car smoking like crazy when I got home. Management addressed my concerns next day with apologies for the inconvenience and next oil change free. Resolution restores confidence in dealership.
I was very impressed with how Matt Christy inquired about my needs and found exactly what I was looking for, and it was an incredible deal! Then he walked me right through the whole process and went the extra mile (literally) by coming by my house to pick up things I needed to turn in with my old lease. He was wonderful!
