I went to multiple car dealerships during my purchase research. I felt the salesperson was more interested in making a sale, rather than helping me purchase the right car for me. I purchased from the eventual dealer because my sales person, andrew, made the experience about me and not about the deal. He wanted to make sure that i was fully informed and content with my decision.

I bring my car to you for an oil change even though it’s more expensive than other locations because I trust you and appreciate the multi point inspection that you do for safety and to check on the various parts of the car. On 1/3/2020, I took my car in for an oil change. The multi point inspection had GREEN checked for the break pads. On 1/5/2020 (two days later), the brakes started grinding terribly. A metal on meta sound. I took it to the closest mechanic because the sound was outrageous. The break pads were all the way worn down. I’m disappointed that the guys who performed the multi point inspection on my car did not do his job. Unfortunately, I’m not sure I trust you to bring my car back for any type of service anymore.

I went to look for my car after the repairs and I couldn't find it. I had walked all the way around the back. There was a heavier set black guy who approached me from your service department in the back asking if he could help when he saw me clicking the key for it to chirp. I wish I would have got his name. He was so nice and kind. He helped me find my car. My car was burred in the back corner around a white car. He offered to drive my car out because it was a tight squeeze. It's nice to have people care enough to help that didn't have to. I think he should be recognized.
