Just came in for an oil change. The team did a great job and took care of me as expected. I appreciated the "Customer Business Center" area in the lounge, which allowed me to work while I waited for my Denali to be done. Thanks!

Appointment booking@ 9:30am, Chris Marcelli Service Advisor handled service appointment. Buick Regal finished in less than two hours while I waited in clean, comfortable customer service lounge. Clear, concise invoice, given part that was replaced and car exterior washed thoroughly.

Though I made an appointment, I still waited over an hour. Apparently there was scheduled maintenance to be done, but my service advisor did not ask if I wanted it done. I had to ask for a complimentary bottle of water. I had to ask for a copy of the results for the multipoint inspection.
This experience wasn't bad. However, my past experiences were not good. I don't like the fact that after my previous oil change, my tire pressure wasn't checked amd windshield wiper fluid was not refilled. I had to put air in my tire and refill the fluid. I also had to bring my car in for service a while ago. I wasn't satisfied with that. Other dealerahips the attendant comes to your car to greet you.
