I had a problem with my remote start. They could not duplicate the problem which I understand. The problem that I was having was that the remote would not start the vehicle but would allow me in the vehicle. After more research, I found that there is a way to start the car by putting the remote into the center counsel. I still haven’t figured out the details but I would think that the service department should know this and help me. Aren’t they suppose to be the experts? I find this super irritating.
The guy that took my car was great, but they said it would be done in 90 minutes. Three hours and two phone calls later I was finally able to get through to someone at the service counter to see when my car would be done and it was. They said they would call me when it was finished, but never did. I had to keep calling them.
