I have been coming to this dealership since 2010. What upset me the most I waited 4 hours to get my car fixed. I could have taken the shuttle to my destination if I had known what was going on. I only came in for an oil change,tire rotation and light bulb change. I was able to talk to the manager about this situation,who very apologetic. The young man that was my service adviser will have to do a better job in giving update to his customers. When I inquired about what was going home he was to come back and gave me an update, that was 3 hours later. I will make an appointment next time.
