Very professional. I had to wait a bit before someone assisted me, where I was used to being greeted by a service rep before exiting my car, I had to leave my car before a service rep greeted me. This is not a negative. It was an early appointment. Also the service rep did not seem to know I had an appointment and I had to remind him of recall
