Confirmed Service Customer
I came in on the Day before thanksgiving with the engine light on and I had no appointment. Dave in service said they had a full schedule and may not get to my car until Friday. Dave then went out and check to see what the computer said were the issues. He came back and said they would keep my car and give me a loaner. He was so positive and helpful and upbeat on such a busy day that I told him he was doing great customer service. I next went to see Kim to fill out the paper work and again what a wonderful greeting from her and how understanding she was and it has always been a great experience at Suburban. So I leave with the loaner and a few hours later Dave calls me and says the problem was abad spark plug and that my car is fixed. I am totally amazed and when I return I am again treated very special and thank Dave and Kim, and If I could I would have found the technician and thanked him, Brian, as they had done the improbable by repairing my Terrain. Thank you Suburban Buick/GMC of Ferndale!!
